MIXED EXERCISE WITH ERWIN

A full workout that targets all the major muscle groups for older active adults. The class will include a series of cardio and strength exercises using weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight.

This 8-week class can be adapted to any fitness level, improve your cardio levels, strength, balance, flexibility, and bone density to help prevent injuries.

WHEN: Mondays, 9:30am to 10:30am, September 9th to November 18th
COST: $65.00 per person for the 8 week program


TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese martial art that can improve one’s strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while helping to improve heart function and decrease blood pressure. Practicing Tai Chi can help to relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and give you a peaceful mindset.

WHEN: Tuesdays, 10:00am to 11:00am, September 10th to October 29th
COST: $65.00 per person for the 8 week program


CHAIR YOGA WITH LISE

An accessible form of yoga that is for all levels with the support of a chair. Option to stay seated or stand. Join us for this 8-week program of mindful yoga sequence created to meet students’ individual needs.

We work with gentle movement, learning to move with our breath, and to release tension. This style of yoga promotes mobility, balance, and some relief of pain.

WHEN: Tuesdays, 1:00pm to 2:00pm, September 17th to November 5th
COST: $65.00 per person for the 8 week program



LINE DANCING WITH MARION

Defined as a type of country and western dance by lining up in a row and following a pattern of steps to music. WHAT FUN!!! Class is limited to 10 dancers.

WHEN: Thursdays, 10:00am to 11:00am, starting September 12th
COST: $5.00 per person, drop-in fee


SIT & GET FIT WITH CATHY

Gentle fitness perfect for people that may have some mobility issues. It can be done sitting or standing. The class includes flexibility exercises, cardio, muscle work, and balance exercises. Invest in yourself!

YOGA WITH LISE

Yoga practice to help you stretch and strengthen your way to a healthier you by connecting the breath and movement. We build body awareness by moving at a slower pace to learn and explore different postures. Great for all levels.

WHEN: Fridays, 1:00pm to 2:00pm, September 13th to November 1st
