Pricing Information
All rentals are priced at an hourly rate.
Please see room descriptions for rates.
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking (credited towards the final rental amount owing).
Balance owing is due 14 days prior to the rental date.
A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking.
Rental Inclusions
All rentals include the following:
Free WiFi
Access to washrooms
Air conditioning
Tables & chairs (if required)
NOTE: Any event including alcohol increases all rental rates by $20.00 per hour, which includes a bartender.
The Kitchen/Canteen can be included for an additional $20.00 per hour with any rental booking.
