Facility Rentals

Our spaces can best accommodate:

  • Anniversary celebrations

  • Birthday or retirement parties

  • Wedding or baby showers

  • Fundraising socials

  • Business meetings

Pricing Information
All rentals are priced at an hourly rate.
Please see room descriptions for rates.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking (credited towards the final rental amount owing).

  • Balance owing is due 14 days prior to the rental date.

  • A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking.

Rental Inclusions
All rentals include the following:

  • Free WiFi

  • Access to washrooms

  • Air conditioning

  • Tables & chairs (if required)

NOTE: Any event including alcohol increases all rental rates by $20.00 per hour, which includes a bartender.

The Kitchen/Canteen can be included for an additional $15.00 per hour with any rental booking.

MAIN FLOOR WEST (Viewing Area)
Capacity: 122 people
Rate: $35.00 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Available April to November only.

MAIN FLOOR ACTIVITY ROOM
Capacity: 47 people
Rate: $30.00 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Available year-round.

LOWER LEVEL - BASEMENT
Capacity: 189 people
Rate: $45.00 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Available Friday through Sunday only.
