Yoga

Beginner level class but intermediate students will be able to adapt to find benefit. Gentle flowing yoga with strong focus on alignment, strength building and stretching set to calming, gentle music. Students will need a yoga mat, blocks and belt.

$85 for a 10 week session

$10 drop in fee
