Fit 4 Two Baby Free Boot Camp

Fit 4 Two’s Baby-Free Boot camp is the perfect solution for moms who have gone back to work or who simply prefer a baby-free evening workout. Benefit from the continued camaraderie of fellow moms as your instructor motivates you through an intense full-body boot camp.  Baby-Free Boot camp includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. We welcome moms of babies, tots, preschoolers, school-aged children and beyond.  Come on out and join us!   You deserve it!

Starts January 11
Choose from a 10, 12 or 14 class pack.
